Vacation Bible School Vacation Bible School is one of the most popular programs for children at UUMC. Each summer we gather more than 120 children and 40 to 50 youth and adults and spend a week singing, playing games, learning Bible stories, making crafts, eating together and learning to care for others. The building is full of laughter and music and questions and we are certain God is present."Now that I'm too old for VBS, I love it that I can help. I don't ever want to have a summer when I'm NOT part of VBS."
Adults and youth give their time for a week from 9 am until noon, to make this an event that allows the children to experience God in the most amazing ways."This is my favorite camp of the whole year! My absolute favorite."
In 2010 VBS runs from July 26-30 from 9 am until noon. There is an extended day option for children who need supervision until 4 pm. Registration for VBS is $35 and the extended day option is $80 for the week. Scholarships are available as needed.Register TODAY, as VBS fills quickly! Print out the form vbsregistrationform2010.pdf, attach your check (children are not registered until fee is received), and mail it in!
